CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is payable when booking a term.
The customer can cancel the reservation in written form or directly in the reservation system.
Cancellation fees
- Cancellation 14 or more days before 1st day of your stay → free of charge, full refund of the deposit paid
- Cancellation 3 – 14 days before 1st day of your stay → refund of 50% of the deposit paid
- Cancellation less than 3 days before 1st day of your stay → refund of 0% of the deposit paid
